Circumstances that we won't accept the product to be replaced with new one or be repaired.
Electric shock or use of custom power sources
Product was in contact with humidity*
Product was taken to engineers outside Artison
Custom boards was installed on device that harmed it*
Warranty seal or screws on device were opened
Product has been physically damaged
1. Products that are announced to be waterproof by Artison, It will be acceptable for warranty if humidity was the cause of damage to device.
2. If your company or you decided to install a custom board or device on an Artison device, and the installed item caused harm to Artison device, We will not accept this product for warranty.
